A: For materials with high moisture content, we recommend specific food-grade belt surfaces with anti-slip patterns, which can be equipped with multi-scraper cleaners to effectively prevent slippage and adhesion.

Q: Will the baffles break or fall off over time?

A: We use a hot vulcanization one-piece molding process, where the baffles and belt body are fused at the molecular level, resulting in strength far exceeding that of cold bonding or mechanical fixing. Within the design life, as long as it is not used under heavy loads, cracking is unlikely to occur.
